The film begins to document the historical background of LA's Bloods and Crips, then transitions into several interviews of current and former members of several LA gangs. Most of the interviewees are members of the Rollin' 40s Crip, that included, Lil Pop Squally, Pie Face, Lil Rudy, Big Greco, J Kapone, Babby Runner and Twin.
Other interviews inlcuded Lil Blue from Eastside 42 Gangster Crip, Luck from Pasadena Denver Lane, Gangsta Bam and Baby Insane from PlayBoy Gangster Crip, 8-Ball and Evil Mack from Inglewood Family, OG Bang from Grape Street, Lil Crazy Dee and Baby Bugsy from East Coast Crip, Trice (female) and Martinelli from Black P Stone, Lil Ken Dog from Rollin 60s Crip and O.G. The most powerful segment of the film is when the families of those that have been victimized are interviewed. Many mothers tell their stories of how their son were taken from them early, due to gang violence. Some of these mothers were present at the screening and told their stories during the Q&A after the film.
